We are an investigations and due diligence startup helping businesses make well-informed decisions. Our services include comprehensive investigations of individuals and legal entities, supply-chain audits, and asset tracing. Early-stage checks through our platform help companies avoid multimillion-dollar losses, reputational damage, and partnerships with unreliable counterparties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the startup’s launch and growth.

• Build brand communication and present the company in line with the chosen brand persona (website, communication channels, press releases, etc.).

• Profile target audiences and run customer targeting campaigns on Telegram, Google, Yandex, and other channels.

• Identify and test new client-acquisition channels.

• Establish a high-quality, systematic digital lead-generation process.

• Plan and execute influencer integrations and partnerships with niche bloggers and industry partners.

• Prepare and distribute industry-related news content on Telegram, the website, and other platforms.

• Monitor statistics, analyze marketing performance, and track key metrics.

• Design and run SMM, PR, and other marketing campaigns.

• Handle media planning.

• Set up end-to-end analytics and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be located outside Russia and Belarus.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience creating and leading marketing departments in B2B businesses.

• Proven track record of successfully growing brands and marketing channels.

• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica.

• Experience across multiple areas: targeting, SMM, PR, email marketing, influencer integrations.

• Ability to conduct A/B testing.

• Strong organizational and structured work style.

• Knowledge of how and where to source contractors and hire team members.
