We’re hiring a Sales Representative to sell a B2B SaaS performance management platform to SMB companies in the UAE.
Our product helps HR teams and founders replace spreadsheets with a simple, structured system for goals, KPIs, and performance cycles. We work with companies of 50–500 employees.
This is a full-cycle B2B sales role. You will be responsible for prospecting, discovery calls, product demos, follow-ups, and closing deals. You’ll work directly with the founders and help shape sales messaging, positioning, and the sales process as we scale. This role requires hands-on execution rather than account management only.
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or software products. You should have experience selling to UAE or GCC markets, be fluent in English, and feel comfortable speaking with HR and leadership roles. Confidence in outbound sales, persistence in follow-ups, and the ability to work independently in a startup environment are essential. Fluent arabic, experience with HR software, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
Compensation includes a base salary plus commission. The base salary range is $2,200–2,500 USD per month, with 10% commission on net new ARR from every new customer you close. The commission structure is simple, transparent, and directly tied to closed revenue.
This is a full-time, remote role, with customers primarily in the UAE. The role is best suited for candidates working closely with a distributed MENA-based team.
