1. Consolidates market forecasting:

  • Consolidate and analyze 360 market data: Market size, Market Forecasts, Brand and category evolutions, Retail panels, Internal data, for business stakeholders including top-management
  • Develops and supports methodology of market sizes and forecasting considering existing and new sources of data
  • Leads on-going process of market data consolidation, in cooperation with global data team
  • Presents and communicates sharp, clear, strong messages, directly useful for top management to make decisions

2. Set up new panels to improve market coverage

3. Leads e-com market expertise:

  • Develops e-com panels and creates insights

4. Supports and develops other current panels, regular reporting and creates insights:

  • Analyzes panel data on a monthly basis, prepares reports for business stakeholders
  • Monitors and analyzes market trends, identifies factors affecting sales in categories
  • Challenges agencies on external studies and guarantees compliance to Group methods and standards. Monitor the budget in scope

5. Leads market data automatization in cooperation with Data and IT team

  • Participates in corporate market data warehouse development:
    • Creates technical specification for IT team, capture business requirements, translates into specification
    • Owns data marts development and support
  • Owns visualization of data in PBI. Visualization is done by Data team

Critical competencie:

• Ability to draw meaningful conclusions and insights out of data
• Strong skills in project management
• Strong team player
• Experience with key market databases (Nielsen, consumer panels, pharma panels, e-commerce data etc), proven experience of analytical job based on this data
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint user
• PowerBI Tableau, SQL as a nice to have

Desired target companie:

Priority to FMCG companies (incl food, pharma). Technological retail, Panel agencies.
