We are a carrier network with 1,000+ trucks and an established book of customers ready to move freight through our brokerage — today. We are not building from zero. We are building from strength.

We need an experienced Freight Brokerage Manager to build and lead our brokerage division from the ground up — hiring the team, establishing processes, selecting technology, and scaling operations.

What You'll Own:
• Build and manage a full freight brokerage operation (dry van focus)
• Recruit, train, and lead a brokerage team
• Establish TMS, load board integrations, carrier vetting, and compliance processes
• Develop broker-carrier relationships beyond our existing carrier network
• Work closely with ownership on pricing strategy, margins, and growth targets

• Active MC authority and operational infrastructure already in place

What You Bring:
• 5+ years in freight brokerage operations or management
• Proven experience building or scaling a brokerage team
• Deep knowledge of dry van market, load boards (DAT, Truckstop), and TMS platforms
• Strong understanding of broker-carrier contracts, compliance, and FMCSA regulations
• Leadership mindset — you build systems, not just move loads
