We are looking for an HR Director who will build and develop the HR function as a strategic management tool to support the achievement of the company's business objectives. The role will focus on HR strategy, corporate culture transformation, talent development, team strengthening, and the establishment of transparent and effective HR processes.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of performance, engagement, accountability, and ownership.
  • Design and optimize systems for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning, and employee development.
  • Build talent pipelines, succession plans, career paths, and role profiles.
  • Establish HR analytics and drive data-based decision-making.
  • Develop compensation, incentive, and KPI systems linked to business performance.
  • Improve the effectiveness of the HR team and HR administration processes.
  • Strengthen internal communications, employer branding, and employee engagement.

The Candidate:

  • Proven experience leading HR transformation initiatives and implementing performance management frameworks, including OKRs and KPIs.
  • Strategic and systems-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of business metrics.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into practical HR solutions.
  • Strong HR analytics and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and willingness to make difficult decisions.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience in fast-paced environments.
