We are looking for an experienced Director of Business Development to lead our nationwide expansion and build new operating locations from the ground up.
This is a senior leadership role for someone with proven experience in launching, scaling, and managing business operations.

Responsibilities
Business Expansion
* Develop and execute business expansion strategies across the United States.
* Identify and evaluate new markets.
* Launch new company locations from start to finish.
* Build scalable operational systems.
* Ensure every new location is operational and profitable.
Operations Management
* Coordinate all activities required to open new locations.
* Research and obtain licenses, permits, registrations, and required documentation.
* Work with federal, state, county, and municipal authorities.
* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and business partners.
* Establish operational standards and procedures.
Recruitment & Leadership
* Recruit technicians, office staff, dispatchers, managers, and leadership personnel.
* Conduct interviews and candidate evaluations.
* Develop onboarding and training programs.
* Build and supervise high-performing teams.
* Mentor local management.
Business Management
* Develop internal workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Monitor KPIs and operational performance.
* Analyze profitability.
* Prepare executive reports.
* Identify and implement operational improvements.
* Drive continuous business growth.

Required qualifications:
* Extensive experience in Business Development and Operations Management.
* Proven experience launching new businesses, branches, or regional offices.
* Experience scaling companies.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluent English and Russian.
* Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.

Compensation
* Base Salary: Starting from $1,000/month
* $250 bonus for every successfully launched new location.
* $200/month recurring bonus for every active location under your supervision.
* Unlimited earning potential based on business expansion and performance.
