Tofflon Science and Technology Group Co. Ltd. is a comprehensive pharmaceutical equipment supplier to provide process support, core equipment, integrated system and pharma engineering for the pharma and biotech industry in the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify sales opportunities with new and existing customers and sell company products to achieve or exceed the sales plan
  • Maintain and increase customer relations through Company customer relation’s management software (CRM) and coordinate sales processes for assigned accounts
  • Qualify and close sales leads generated by colleagues in Marketing and Technical Support teams
  • Regularly provide written and verbal communication of successes, failures, best practices, to improve the overall operating efficiency of the team and sales organization
  • Participate in sales, product and systems training, marketing campaigns and special projects as presented by the Company to develop appropriate sales & leadership skills consistent with Company philosophy, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinate quotations within Company Guidelines by extending market relevant pricing as needed while growing revenue with support from Management and/or Marketing
  • In charge of the overall sales procedure management, such as the completion of project bidding, business negotiation, making quotation, contract execution, goods distribution, recovery of payment and other relative things;
  • Participate in related exhibitions, collect market information, to implement the sales and marketing strategy.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor degree within Life Sciences Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering, or similar required.
  • 3+ Bio pharmaceutical relative products sales experience, Bio-reactor/Filtration system/chromatography system product experience would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated sales &/or industry experience in a similar role.
  • Be a fluent Russian and English speaker
  • Self-motivated, willingness to take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, presentation & communication skills.
