• Experience working in a hotel Sales Department is required
• Strong overall sales skills
• Fluent English
• Systems knowledge (MARSHA, Opera) and software knowledge
• Aggressive negotiating skills
• Creative selling abilities to close on business with a high conversion ration
• Strong communications skills
• Effective decision making and influence skills
• Strong customer development and relationship management skills
• Strong presentation and platform skills
