Our client is an international consulting company engaged in investment management of the world's leading companies and wealthy individuals around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Developing corporate structures to safeguard and administer assets, overseeing the registration and re-domiciliation processes for companies, trusts, and foundations;
  • Assisting with corporate restructuring and ensuring timely annual renewals;
  • Drafting various commercial contracts and other legal documents;
  • Conducting comprehensive legal research and drafting memos on corporate, migration, civil, and family law matters;
  • Collaborating with UAE authorities and preparing responses to their inquiries;
  • Supporting the treasury team in compliance procedures within financial institutions;
  • Managing internal compliance procedures;
  • Providing legal support to other legal team members and teams involved in complex projects.
  • Liaising with external advisors;
  • Performing other legal tasks as requested by management.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Law with strong academic credentials;
  • 3+ years of relevant legal experience;
  • 1+ year of experience within the EU and UAE legal framework (mandatory);
  • Prepare to move to the UAE (Dubai) on your own;
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian and English, including business and legal (mandatory);
  • High self-organization skills, ability to work independently with a minimum supervision;
  • Ability to think in a structured way, analyze data and prioritize workload;
  • Excellent learning abilities and ability to search and analyse information in a quick and efficient manner;
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
