Lotte Hotel St-Petersburg is looking for an experienced, highly professional, result oriented and motivated strong leader for a position Chief Engineer

Education / Experience requirements to candidates:

• Higher professional education is a must
• Minimum 6 years of experience in hotel industry
• Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
• Fluent English (both oral and written) is a must

Responsibilities:

• Provides the necessary level of technical training activities of the Hotel and its constant growth, increase of technological efficiency of works on the provision of hotel services and productivity, reduction of costs (material, financial, labor), rational use of material and technical resources, compliance with the technical side of the property to the state standards.
• Ensures the effectiveness of design solutions, timely and qualitative preparation of technical operations, hospitality services, technical maintenance, repair, and modernization of equipment, timely overhaul and current repair of buildings, structures, equipment, renovation furniture and equipment, the proper maintenance of all facilities, clear and trouble-free operation of all technical services of the Hotel.
• Carries out control over observance of design, engineering and technological discipline, rules and norms on labour protection, occupational safety, industrial sanitation and fire safety, requirements of environmental, sanitary authorities, and of bodies carrying out technical supervision.
• Ensures timely preparation of technical documentation drawings, specifications, technical conditions, technological maps.
• Directs the activities of technical services of the Hotel, monitors the results of their work, as labor and production discipline in subordinate units.
