RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executing a strong performance marketing strategy main e-retail partners through performance campaigns in collaboration with KAMs, marketing specialists/agencies and Product managers
  • Accumulation and alignment of SKU lists/main launches/Heroes in preparation for launch — Giper, KAMs, PMs, MPs
  • Collection and sharing of main trends in key words for better SEO and campaign optimization
  • Campaign launch/agency briefing with further control & optimization in ad accounts — Ozon, Yandex, Mega Market, Eldorado
  • Alignment of main launches/activations with Consumer Communications
  • Data accumulation and analysis of perf tools in COOP and ATL Retail Media on regular/weekly basis (partners, agencies, our ad accounts) — internal tools in seller account (ex. boosting, trafaret, brand shelf, banners, video banner, brand zones, etc.) and external (Paid Search, DSA, RSYA, OLV, Digital PR, bloggers)
  • Present results and conversion improvement ideas to partners
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Preparation and launch of special projects on MPs in collaboration with all official sellers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in performance marketing with focus on seller accounts in marketplaces from 1 year
  • Understanding of digital tools, such as Yandex Metrics, SEO and analytics tools (Sellemantics, MP stat, etc.)
  • Proactive, result oriented, responsible.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to details, stress-resistant, good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excel & PPT: Advanced User
  • English: Upper-Intermediate
