We are currently seeking an SMM Manager to join an IT product company that develops web services and mobile applications, handling high-load projects and B2B solutions in the gaming and sports industries.
Responsibilities:

Create, manage and develop various corporate and commercial social media platform accounts;

Plan and implement account growth and user engagement tactics;

Plan, schedule and assist in creation of engaging content;

Suggest, implement and manage paid promotions of accounts and posts;

Suggest and use innovative tools (AI, bots, others) to automate routine tasks and achieve key performance metrics;

Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive online community engagement;

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices;

Conduct in-depth audience research to identify key demographics, interests, and behaviors for precise targeting;

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing process;
-
Utilize analytics tools to monitor social media performance, track KPIs, and generate regular reports for management review.
Requirements:

Over 1 year experience as SMM;

Deep knowledge of specifics of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn);

Experience with referral and paid promo mechanics is mandatory;

Perfect knowledge of football and high interests in other sports is mandatory;

Experience in the iGaming/Betting Industry will be a big advantage;

Experience working with content creation tools will be a big advantage;

Ability to create and follow by social media strategy;

Ability to work with little guidance and with multiple stakeholders;

Follow trends in social media;

Good analytics skills;

Perfect communication skills (both written and verbal).
