HR team helps Health&Nutrition to build solid foundation and increase business efficiency by implementing unique corporate culture and modern staffing, learning and developing solutions.

In this role you will:

• Actively source candidates and relevant profiles for corporate back-office positions (Manager/Lead/Expert levels)
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates and use multi-channel approach to recruit
• Conduct interview calls and tests of the applicants to filter them further and advance them to the next level
• Provide full support to Talent Acquisition Manager in recruitment processes
• Ensure all the best recruiting equipment, software and practices are being used in the process
• Analyze and build job’s requirements and objectives before publishing the posting
• Prepare analytics and reports per requests
• Communicate with hiring managers on topics regarding organization of interviews, assessments, tests

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in recruitment with proven track record (if recruitment agency: experience in Industry; if in-house: experience in FMCG or other manufacturing companies preferable)
• Passionate, motivated on multitasking work in a fast space with great collaboration and interaction skills
• Attention to detail with ability to scan large volumes of resumes
• Excellent communication (both writing and orally), people and interpersonal skills.
• Strong level of time-management skills
