Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct RGM analyses with multifunctional teams (marketing, brand, commercial, BD, Finance, CMI)
  • Take into account market and category trends combined with financial data for RGM models
  • Combine internal & external, financial and not financial data
  • Identify, confirm and quantify potential RGM initiatives on recommended average consumer prices and related Pack price architecture, on Category, Product, Channel & Customer mix management, on Promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, pack type and on Retail selling story and trading terms management
  • Develop and own promotion tools and train all relevant stakeholders on it
  • Design and update tracking tools of RGM performance (Performance dashboard, implementation of RGM initiatives…)
  • Provide input to RGM teams (local & Central) on potential improvement of RGM analytics and tools
  • Share best practices, new analyses performed in the country

Main Requirements:

  • Successful projects of ROI improvement, with developed recommendations
  • 3+ year of experience in Business Analysis, Catman, Finance, Trade Marketing, or Revenue functions
  • Analytical mindset and good presentation skills
  • Experience in — data analysis; working with big data sets; price promo analysis
  • PnL & Commercial acumen
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and Power point
  • Upper-Intermediate is a must
