Financial analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be responsible for execution finance and controlling procedures for CIS markets (Belarus, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan)
• Be a finance advisor for commercial director of CIS business
• Provide clear picture of financial performance from PL and CF point of view
• Lead planning process by collecting and challenging data from various departments, prepare deck with factor analysis (bridges), upload consolidated data to corporate system, presenting results to Russia Cluster CEO, CFO and HQ
• Participation in monthly/qly/annual financial closure activities (SR&A Accruals/actual preparation)
• Execute controlling procedures in SAP
• Perform Actual vs Plan vs Previous Period analysis on a monthly basis
• Maintain and update financial dashboards
• Provide analytics for business cases and support decision making
• Participation in Due Diligence

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in math, finance, economics;
• Experience in big-4 / pharma / FMCG
• Advanced Excel skills
• SAP experience
• Analytical and strategic thinking, high communication and presentation skills
• Responsibility, proactive approach, ability to work in dynamic and challenge environment
• English — Upper Intermediate
• 1 year experience in financial analytics
