Responsibilities:

  • Manage content process: control of deadlines, upload content into CMS, build SFMC emails in constructor and with HTML according to content plan
  • Provide basic analysis of materials engagement (Website, emails, events)
  • Share technical requirements for content creation to vendors and control of its usage
  • Being SPOC for cross-functional teams regarding the content on websites, in emails
  • Monitor trends in Web and emails engagement and share best practices with cross-functional teams
  • Develop new email components in SFMC constructor and new content components on the portal (HTML)

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 2 years of experience in content management (CMS, email newsletters), analyzing analytics (GA, YM)

  • Basic understanding of SEO technology (meta data)
  • Basic project management skills
  • Basic vendor management skills
  • CMS management skills (Content feeding, content roadmap, analytics of website usage)
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently (verbally, in writing)
