IT Recruiter

We're on the hunt for an energetic and dedicated Recruiter to join our HR team of Order Capital. If you have a knack for spotting talent and love the thrill of the recruit, we'd love to chat! This role is all about helping us find and bring in the best people to keep our company growing strong.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Work closely with TeamLeads to get a clear view of their staffing needs and organizational goals.
• Leverage various channels to scout for potential candidates, reach out to them, and set up interviews.
• Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to quickly and effectively attract diverse talent.
• Keep a database of candidate records, including those we want to keep an eye on for future opportunities.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Organize and attend conferences, contests, and other events to expand the candidate pool.
• Handle administrative tasks related to hiring, including contract preparation and onboarding documentation.

Qualifications:

• Relevant recruiting experience, particularly within IT companies.
• Proven experience hiring senior software engineers.
• Ability to conduct basic technical interviews and communicate effectively with technical candidates.
• A strong grasp of recruitment practices and employer branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
