Mamoru is looking for an entrepreneur with startup experience who can help build the digital assets payments business in Russia. Responsible for building and setting up crypto trading in Russia, including bank/broker & counter-party accounts with a background in FX & digital payments business setup.Responsibilities

  • Build the OTC trading business from scratch including corporate bank account opening, FX broker & counterparty, clearing, fiat on and offramps etc.
  • Lead Business Development & Sales activities to introduce new clients to Mamoru (Corporates, Trade finance, import / export, Cross border / Global payments, High Net Worth, Professional Investors).
  • Drive increased trading volume by understanding clients' liquidity needs, identify ways for high and low touch execution services to meet those needs. Provide client support for execution, liquidity and market color.
  • Assist institutional Product Managers by providing feedback from clients to help guide new product development that meets client's needs in both the spot trading business and financing business.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Trading experience in FX, derivatives or Digital Assets at an financial trading or Crypto institution
  • Counterparty relationship management: ability to source, build and maintain strong relationships with counterparties (Banks, Brokers, Clearing)
  • Understanding of risk management and ability to implement this knowledge well.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with a desire to build businesses from the ground up.
  • Strong problem solving skills who thrives in ambiguity.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent data analysis & numerical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment
