Currently we are looking for a Brand Manager to join Alcon and help the world See Brilliantly!

Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans, take full responsibility for one or more elements of the marketing process, ensuring the successful implementation of plans;

Market and competitive environment analysis, participation in determining the target audience and building marketing communication, consumer and market insights analysis;

Monitoring of the market and competitors, their assortment, activities;

Manage marketing projects related to BTL / PR / Digital / In-store communication with consumer, including briefing, pitch processing, agency coordination, control of the timings etc.;

Maintain effective communication with all appropriate internal and external contacts to ensure they are fully apprised of marketing plans and requirements;

Сooperate with sales and trade marketing to achieve agreed objectives,

Supervise agencies,

Participate in demand and supply control process with supply chain department,

Control and maintain budget with finance team;

Contribute to the annual and long term strategy development;

Manage the medical event (Ophthalmology) plan and execute it (collaboration with surgery department);

Manage the customer marketing plan: TOP KA Pharmacies (collaboration with KA dept);

Manage and Execute the ecom activities plan (cross-functional with ecom manager);

Provide inputs to ensure strong plans addressing key issues and opportunities

Background and experiences

Higher degree and at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience (preferable with OTC brand);

A track record as a marketing and communications executive, developing and executing integrated plans;

Understanding of pharmacy market;

Experience in data analysis;

Fluent written & spoken English;

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally;

Ready to work in multitasking environment, high stress resistance
