Job Summary:
As the Head of Marketing for Magnit Market, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the growth and success of the platform. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing and optimizing customer acquisition and retention initiatives, at the same time ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for OMNI app.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, crafting and executing strategies that align with the Marketplace's goals and objectives. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the marketing function.
  2. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract new users to the Marketplace while ensuring a high level of customer retention. Utilize data-driven insights to continually refine and enhance acquisition and retention strategies.
  3. Cross-Channel Marketing: Oversee the implementation of OMNI multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  4. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage data analytics and market insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement. Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  5. Product Enhancement: Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product development, ensuring that the Marketplace's features and offerings are positioned optimally in the market. Drive innovation and enhancements to meet evolving customer needs.
  6. Brand Management: Transform the brand of Kazan Express to Magnit Market. Ensure that all marketing activities align with the brand identity and values.
  7. Budget Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in all marketing activities.
  8. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use this information to identify opportunities and threats, shaping marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on marketplace or e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong track record of driving customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of data analytics and its application in marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
