Position: Assistant to the Logistics Manager

Location: Tashkent

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Logistics Manager in coordinating logistics for the event, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and expenses.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics plans and strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the Logistics Manager as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
