We are looking for VIP managers to join our team.
We are prospective iGaming company that has been operating since 2020. We have around 400 talented and energetic people working from our offices (Bulgaria, Russia, Belarus, etc) and remotely around the world. What we expect of you?

Main point of contact for VIP clients in English and other languages;

Retention and reactivation of VIP clients accounts in different projects;

Monitor clients performance and ensure that bonuses are offered in line with business & regulatory requirements;
- Implement targeted campaigns aimed at increasing the lifetime value of loyalty clients;
- Plan and implement customer journeys across our specific products for all loyalty clients across multiple brands and countries;
- Support VIP clients across multiple brands via chat, phone and email and provide professional, friendly support at all times by ensuring that our clients are our number one priority.
What we’re after:

Working knowledge of English C1+;

Knowledge of German, French or Spanish at C1+ level will be a plus;

Aspiration to help and problem-solving attitude;

Engagement in work process and proactivity;

Prior experience as a VIP manager.
