In case of improvements the business processes and strengthening the HR team we are looking for — HR Business Partner with next responsobilities (Location Zainsk):
- Administration of the payroll process.
- Participation in the development of motivational system for different categories of personnel.
- Calculation of bonuses, preparation of orders for bonuses, calculation of bonuses, coordination of documents with heads of departments.
- Preparation of monthly management reporting for personnel Labor market monitoring upon request (plan/fact analisys).
Requirements:
- Master degree education (economics, mathematics, personnel management) Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and regulations on remuneration.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas).
- Analytical mind, accuracy, attentiveness, responsibility.
- Fluent English.
- ZUP advanced user, Power Point (presentation skills)
