Responsibilities:
— Finding and connecting local payment processors;
— Development of Affiliate, Media buying, SMM, Retention and Customer Support strategy;
— Control over fulfillment of plans in all areas;
— Optimization of the cost of each of the directions;
— Increasing LTV of users;
— Control and quality of customer support;
— Coordination of all geo staff work.
Requirements:
— Negotiation skills;
— Handling objections;
— Knowledge of Digital advertising tools;
— Ability to build team processes;
— Quick decision making;
— Application of non-template solutions.
