Our company specializes in developing professional test management products. We started our journey with the development of the popular open source framework Allure Report, which today is used monthly by more than 3 million users around the world.

TestOps is a test management platform that provides the ability to generate test reports and collect analytics. One of the main advantages of our product is its ability to integrate seamlessly with Pipeline of any complexity, even if several CI systems are used in one project, which increases the speed and quality of testing process management. For business, this means accelerating the release of high-quality IT products to the market.

Now we are looking for a Sales Operations with Project Management skills to initiate and drive execution of operational projects in Sales. Scope of projects includes: CRM, Sales enablement, lead generation, implementation of sales processes and tools and other.

Responsibilities

  • Project management: Initiate, structure, plan, lead execution and document results of operational projects in Sales

  • CRM: supervise data integrity, pipeline quality and management practices by the Sales team. Create requirements, SLAs and enforce compliance with them

  • Sales Processes: optimisation, documentation, recordable information through insightful analysis and advising the required change and improvements to Head of Sales.

  • Enablement: Facilitate structured and timely enablement of the Sales team regarding new processes and tools, including the creation of training materials such as documentation, presentations and recordings.

  • Analytics / BI: Gather, analyze, and understand sales data and identify trends, providing reports and insights to management and sales professionals.

  • Sales Tools Optimisation: Advise Head of Sales in managing our sales tech stack (CRM, Emails, Contract Management, etc).

  • Ad hoc projects: Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement — working closely with Head of Sales to propose and drive value add projects with highest impact on sales organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in project management / sales operations.

  • Proven track record of implemented and improved sales processes.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems. Level: advanced user, admin.

  • Excellence in reporting and planning skills.

  • English not less than C1+.

  • Master degree in Sales or Marketing.
