We're looking for a manager to handle remote work, helping people find real estate within a new focus for the Yandex. Realty service.
Responsibilities:
- Make client calls in line with preset scenarios;
- Keep the database up to date;
- Work in the CRM system;
- Meet KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
- Ability to handle a large amount of information;
- Ability to control your own workflow and manage your time;
- Ability to stay friendly and polite no matter the circumstances;
- Ability to work intensively;
- Experience using PCs.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 months of experience at a contact center or in telemarketing;
- Interest or experience working in real estate.
