Position and Salary:
— Customer Service Representative: All new hires start working in the Operations Department, where they learn our logistics operations in the United States. They will hold the position of Customer Service Representative and collaborate with our dispatchers. The main responsibilities include managing shipments during transit and assisting our customers and drivers.
— Starting Salary: New hires start with a salary of $500 and earn a $50 raise every month. For example:
— July: $500
— August: $550
— September: $600
— October: $650
— Dispatcher: After working as a Customer Service Representative for 4 to 6 months, employees become eligible for promotion to the Dispatcher role. In this role, they will learn to manage drivers, collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, negotiate, build relationships, persuade, and make deals with our customers.
— Salary: After promotion, the salary changes from a fixed amount to a commission-based salary. Dispatchers earn between $1,000 to $3,000 or more based on experience.

— Flexible Study Schedule: If you have a flexible study schedule and can manage high performance in both work and study over an extended period, we want to hear from you.
— Night Shift: Be prepared to work night shifts from 4 PM to 2 AM. Consider your health and any previous experience with late-night work, projects, or study.
— Work-Life Balance: Our schedule requires 10 hours of work per day for 6 days a week. Even with 5 hours dedicated to education and 1.5 hours for transportation, you will still have 7.5 hours for rest, which is recommended by healthcare organizations.
— Skill Development: By the time you graduate, you will have both an educational background and practical work experience with an American company. You will develop essential skills such as communication, management, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building.
