InnoRom Innovation and Ventures is a Russian company developing a portfolio of innovative technological projects in advanced industrial sectors. Our portfolio includes projects such as the production of high-frequency gases for medical purposes, the development of a system for the utilization of greenhouse gases and the production of nanomaterials for various applications.
The company requires a test engineer.

Job description:

  • Participation in all stages of the test program: from the development of test parameters to the elimination of errors, writing test plans, test reports and final test reports.
  • Conducting tests from the initial stage of research and design to the final verification/validation.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition to the development and testing plan.
  • Work closely with the research and development team to approve the system from the feasibility study, development and final approval stage before handing over to the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of tests that ensure the performance and functionality of the system.
  • Responsible for checking and approving the test plan, protocol and report.
  • Management of the feasibility study of new technologies being developed and verification and validation tests within the framework of system development.
  • Develops and maintains test methods, equipment, and tools to support the product lifecycle, including initial design, validation, validation, and post-launch.
  • Conducting verification and testing of hardware (mechanical, electronic wearable device) for prototypes and products.
  • Design, selection and documentation of test equipment.
  • Formulates test guidelines, acceptance test procedures, protocols and test reports.
  • Responsible for the specification, purchase and maintenance of laboratory tests and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (bachelor's degree or higher) in the specialty of electrical engineer/physics — MUST.
  • Excellent writing and good speech in English.
  • The advantage of having experience in product development and testing interdisciplinary systems related to electromechanical and chemical processes.
  • An advantage if you have experience in developing and conducting verification tests for multidisciplinary systems.
  • Proven experience in working with test equipment for measuring chemical processes or electromechanical systems, control systems.
