Project manager (Incinerator/waste-to-energy process)

Iltrina is seeking for a project manager who will manage Ecospector/Sorbteh project, which is introducing a groundbreaking development in waste management, an exceptionally efficient pyrolysis gas afterburning system. This revolutionary technology is powered by an innovative vortex combustion chamber, setting new standards for both efficient carbon-containing waste disposal and environmental friendliness. With this cutting-edge solution, we are taking substantial steps towards a more sustainable and responsible approach to waste management, prioritizing both efficiency and our planet's well-being.

Description:

• Managing a development project in waste to energy industry/Incinerator and heavy agricultural machine.
• Leading project that has passed the initial research and feasibility stage (led by the research team) and prepares development plans, budget, and advanced test plans to lead them to the end of the technological feasibility and accelerating phases.
• Synchronizing and managing all internal and external activities through a development team and management of subcontractors in the fields of market research, design and engineering, external experts, and labs.
• Working closely with a research team after completion of the initial research for bringing the initial prototype (developed by the research team) towards feasibility study and advanced system design and development.
• Working closely with the research team to approve systems from the feasibility stage, development, and final approval before transferring them to stakeholders.
• Leading and preparing the technical documentation during the project lifecycle.
• Engaging with subcontract manufacturer to produce the Incinerator serial production.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for projects planning and budget and overseen on team activities and tasks.
• Writing project summary reports that encompasses all research, development, technical and market research accumulated information over the project lifecycle.
• Leading and managing the project development activities throughout the accelerating phase including the verification and validation tests.
• Evaluating and assessing project strength and weakness.
• Managing and overseeing the project's budget and schedules to ensure meeting with goals and schedules.
• Leading project status review meetings with the company’s management.
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its lifecycle.

Position Requirements:

• University graduate (B.sc or higher) in Mechanical/Chemical engineering-MUST.
• Excellent/fluent English writing and very good speaking-MUST.
• 3−5 years of experience in design and manufacturing of Incinerators/ furnaces, waste-to-energy systems-MUST.
