Cluster sales department is looking for a strong professional for the position of Revenue Manager/ Revenue coordinating manager (position depends on your experience).
Duties:
- Assist in development and daily preparation of all reports used for tracking and analysis;
- Handle hotel revenue and reservation systems like Opera, Travelline;
- Track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics for analytical, budgeting and forecasting purposes;
- Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies;
- Grow total revenue and reach budgeted targets in RevPAR and RGI market penetration. Ensure forecast accuracy;
- Effectively manage and be in control of all inventory (Opera, Travelline);
- Provide critical analysis of strategies, room's statistics and demand factors;
- Prepare reports for Weekly Meetings (Revenue & Sales);
- Conduct a eekly Revenue Meeting where the current period of 3 Months booking is evaluated for proper rate and availability control to BUD and to LY;
- Take part in annual budget process;
- Work closely with colleagues from sales department and the hotel operational teams to ensure aligned direction.
Requirements:
- Experience in the position of Revenue Manager/ Revenue Coordination Manager/ Revenue executive at least 1 year or Reservation Manager at least 3 year;
- Knowledge of PMS Opera and Travelline;
- Experienced in Excel;
- Fluent English is a must;
- University degree;
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking;
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for achieving results;
- Ability to process large amounts of information and multitask;
- Manage relationships with third party web-site market manager’s to optimize pricing;
