Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative assistance and assists the CEO in business matters
- Maintain Google calendar, scheduling meetings
- Provides technical support for the activities of the Director (ordering transfer, tickets, hotels)
- Makes the necessary prepayments, pays bills (as agreed with CFO)
- Organization of visa invitation letters for guests from other countries (as agreed with the CEO)
- Books hotels
- Provision of conditions for the CEO at events: forum, round table, panel session, conference, etc

Additionally assist to Marketing and sales Departments (paper work)
- Bachelor degree
- Upper- Intermediate level of English

Active user of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Work, Outlook)
