Responsibilities:
- M&A Structuring and Legal Support: Provide expert legal structuring and support for mergers and acquisitions under Russian, American, and English law.
- Investment Fund Transactions: Facilitate and oversee legal aspects of participation in investment funds, ensuring robust legal frameworks and compliance.
- Asset Integration: Guide and manage the legal processes involved in the integration of new assets into the company's portfolio.
- Internal Corporate Reorganizations: Coordinate and implement internal corporate restructurings, including the formation of joint ventures, partnerships, and other collaborative entities.
- Legal Support for Project Initiatives: Offer strategic legal guidance and support for various high-priority projects and initiatives.
- Legislative Monitoring: Conduct continuous analysis and monitoring of relevant legislative changes impacting the company and its assets.
- Corporate Governance: Ensure rigorous adherence to corporate procedures for all group entities and controlled companies.
- Management Oversight: Supervise and review the activities of management within the portfolio companies, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in M&A transactions and corporate law, with substantial experience in international law firms and private equity funds.
