Finance Controller (Production)

A well-known international FMCG company in search of Finance Controller (Production).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production control: standard costing, variances analysis (plant activity, purchase, other production costs);
• Purchasing analysis and index calculation;
• Support production in industrial KPI fulfilment;
• Logistics budget control (storage and freight expenses);
• CAPEX budget control;
• Current costing for new materials;
• Budget/forecasting and actual reporting, manufacturing variances analysis;
• Plant profitability analysis;
• Production stock turnover control, total inventory reports;
• Continuous support for local production team and HQ;
• Various requests from marketing and production;
• Ad-hoc requests;
• Support of ERP transition to a new platform.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education in finance / accounting;
• Experience in financial control / financial analysis not less than 2 years;
• Production control experience is an advantage;
• CIMA certificate is a plus;
• Experience in SAP, 1C, advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Upper-Intermediate English;
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
