Lead Data Engineer

We're a lean, fast-growing, engineering-driven company.

We measure and verify influencer ads, specifically in audio. Our focus is on data: data from podcast and video transcripts, social profiles, listener impressions, and on-site activity.

We're bootstrapped and profitable, having grown threefold in the past year.

We're looking for a self-motivated engineer eager to make a huge impact on the team. You will have significant ownership over new products and help us grow to enormous heights.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role, with a proven track record of building and managing data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools such as Airflow, Luigi, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
