LeverX is looking for a B2B Product Marketing Manager. This should be a creative, optimistic, confident leader who has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a small team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing to meet company targets.

DataLark (www.datalark.com) is a SAP-centric zero-coding data management platform that helps businesses streamline data migration and integration processes. Using its extensible plugins and analytical tools, you can automate all ETL operations and orchestrate across all of your systems to drive better business decisions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Confident self-starter, able to work independently as well as with cross-functional partners and senior management teams;
  • 3+ years' experience in B2B product promotion or similar role with transferable skills;
  • Proven success in implementing product marketing strategies such as product positioning and sales enablement;
  • Knowledge of project management software such as Jira is a plus;
  • Ability to apply a data-driven approach to lead generation activities;
  • Excellent written and spoken English.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Messaging development: creating compelling messages that resonate with the target audience;
  • Product positioning: defining how a product stands out in its market and communicating its unique value proposition;
  • Market research: analysing market trends to better understand customer needs and position the product effectively;
  • Go-to-market strategy: developing, planning and coordinating with sales, marketing and other departments to ensure a cohesive effort;
  • Execution: implementing and managing marketing tools and campaigns to generate new qualified leads;
  • Performance analysis: monitoring product performance and marketing campaign effectiveness to optimise strategies;
  • Manage the team of copywriters, designers and developers to conceptualise and create engaging content;
  • Sales enablement: providing sales teams with the tools and training to sell the product effectively.
