Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and optimize the work of audit teams;
• Ensure the preparation and delivery of projects (audit reports), maintaining quality and adherence to established standards;
• Plan team resources (capacity & availability) with the sales department;
• Communicate with related departments on current issues;
• Build strong relationships with all company clients, providing support and assistance.

Our Expectations from Candidates:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Account Manager in InfoSec + DeFi/Web3 fields;
• Skills in preparing and organizing documentation (technical/audit);
• Experience in organizing security reviews;
• Ability to work with a remote team;
• Self-organization and proactivity;
• Friendliness, ability to smooth out conflicts, and work under stress;
• English proficiency level of at least C1.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Asana, GitHub, HackMD;
• Strong desire to grow in the new field of web3/DeFi security;
• Experience working with English-speaking clients and understanding of Western mentality.
