Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and nurture profitable partners and influencers in our affiliate program.

Develop and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners (Building and maintaining strong working relationships with affiliates to increase their activity and productivity, monitoring affiliate performance indicators, and optimizing campaigns to increase ROI).

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts.

Attend and participate in industry worldwide conferences and events.

Answer questions and process incoming requests from current affiliates.
Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect with people at all levels.

Skilled in negotiation, with a knack for crafting deals that appeal to both sides.

Background in marketing, business development, or a related field.

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
-
English language from B2 (knowledge of other languages is a big advantage).

Experience in forex/finance/gambling/betting/crypto/verticals is advantageous.
