We are currently looking for a Customer support specialists for a big international IT-company, which is over 7 years on the market and is actively developing in its field.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all customer inquiries, issues, and requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Evaluate existing customer support processes and implement enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support management (chats or calls)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent English (Hindi and other languages would be great advantage)

• System requirements :

  Strong and reliable Internet connections with a headphone with mic;
  Access to a quiet work environment;
  Modern equipment (laptop or computer).

Working conditions:

• Remote work;
• 2/2; day, evening or night shifts (it's possible to work totally at nights or evenings or work in rotation);
