Наш клиент, независимая международная компания, занимающаяся разработкой, производством и продажей оригинальных фармацевтических препаратов, находится в поиске Менеджера по продуктам в Отдел маркетинга.

Responsible for marketing objectives, innovation strategies and actions with respect to Category products in the market place.
Responsible for development and implementation of operational plans to optimize profitability, market share and profit for respective brands in the short and long terms.

Education:

• Degree in Business, marketing or related field

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in BM position in healthcare companies / top / mid OTC multinational companies;
• Marketing background must include experience across several lines of business/ channels, including product launches and digital;
• Must have strategic and analytical thinking expertise; project management skills; good business/marketing acumen and cross functional expertise
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (verbal and writing);
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Good time management and capability to handle set of complex projects at the same time.

Responsibilities:

•Development and implementation of the brands strategies, brands plans and new brands initiatives, deploy brand assets across all relevant consumer /shopper touch points (pack, on shelf, digital, media etc.) and for HCPs.
•Drive consumer understanding and insights to strengthen brands communication (DTC & HCP).
•Proactive development of marketing, communication and promotional mixes to meet the brand objectives and customer needs.
•Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required meeting business objectives.
•Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the brand; competitive, category, customer and consumer trends; post activity effectiveness evaluation to maximize the brand’s equity and marketplace performance. Develop consumer insights through appropriate techniques/tools.
•Liaison with external agencies, different company departments, global teams, KOLs.
•Effective project leadership and project management. Proactive participation in cross-functional project teamwork.
•Ensure full compliance with the legislation and regulation requirement.
•ATL & BTL materials adaptation and development.
•Manage the process of new product launching.
•Reach sales, financial and MS objectives in respect of approved investments
•Full accountability for brand/brands and delivery of all initiatives related to it.
•Acts as brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers and agencies.
