- NextFlow
- Snakemake, nf-core, Airflow or other (slurm, cwl, etc.), bash scripts
- Python+NextFlow, Git, Linux, data science experience (Jupyter / RStudio) a plus
- Bioinformatics developer with 3-year experience

Experience in developing highly portable data pipelines (NextFlow, Snakemake, etc.)
- Fluent English (both written and verbal form)
- Applicable qualification in software development or computer science
- Background or experience in human cancer biology is a bonus
- Ability to advise software developers on relevant biology
- Familiar with sequence analysis and/or microarray data analysis tools and algorithms
