Right now we are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Corporate Development team as a Manager.
You will play a crucial role in facilitating the Company's growth and efficiency improvements and creating shareholder value.
Main responsibilities:

develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, strategic planning, and operating projections;

lead the preparation of high-impact materials for the executive team, board of directors, shareholders, investors, and other internal and external stakeholders;
-
manage end-to-end M&A processes, including target identification, due diligence, negotiation, and management of internal workstreams;
-
contribute to the implementation of business initiatives working closely with cross-functional teams;
-
keep up-to-date industry knowledge, incl. valuation and operating benchmarking in online travel and general tech markets to inform strategic decisions.
Our requirements:

at least two years of corporate finance experience in investment banking, management consulting, and business valuation;
-
strong analytical skills and ability to understand key business drivers;
-
advanced financial modeling experience;
-
high accountability and willingness to take ownership of workstreams;
-
ability to distill complex concepts from many sources into simple, high-impact materials;
-
excellent communication skills in English and Russian (verbal and written);
-
experience in the technology sector would be a plus.
