  • Handling outgoing and incoming correspondence;
  • Taxi ordering;
  • Office equipment and consumables purchasing;
  • Secure timely and accurate invoices processing;
  • Guest passes registration;
  • Business cards arrangement;
  • Administrative support to the employees and management.

Candidate profile:

  • Higher education;
  • 1-2 years experience;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate English.
