Responsibilities:

Forecasting and assessing risks, providing recommendations for their minimization.

Advising the shareholder and group on strategic issues.
Personal profile:

At least 3 years of experience in the field of corporate law

Perfect knowledge of English

Knowledge of Russian legislation and corporate law specifics

Willingness to work as an advisor and strategist

Interest in growing to the position of CEO
