About the Role:
Hungry Minds is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team. If you excel in coordinating complex logistics, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to work with innovative products, we want to hear from you!
MISSION: In this role, you will ensure the seamless movement of our products across the globe, maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Logistics:

Coordinate activities of remote warehouses, ensuring timely shipments, receipts, and accurate inventory management.

Manage the full order cycle, from processing and shipment to marketplace entry, returns management, and resolving delivery issues (including claims against carriers and investigations of lost or undelivered orders).

Identify and negotiate with new carriers, improving terms with existing partners, and refining our tariff strategy.

Source transportation options on the spot market.

Prepare detailed reports and analytical notes.

Forecast and plan for efficient warehouse operations.

Monitor the warehouse space market and assess opportunities.

Prepare shipping documents and verify the completeness of shipments.

Develop new routes and optimize existing ones.
Transportation Logistics & International Shipping:

Develop and continuously optimize transportation routes.

Monitor the international shipping market, negotiate shipping terms, and finalize contracts.

Oversee the shipping process from production to warehouse, including customs documentation.

Manage all logistics-related documentation.
What We Expect from the Candidate:

At least 1 year of remote logistics experience.

Proficiency with online carrier platforms (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

Strong Excel skills.

High level of English proficiency.

Flexibility to work across various time zones.
