A large non-food FMCG Company is currently looking for Legal Counsel
Responsibilities:

This role will support the Sales and Marketing team in Russia.

Key responsibilities in supporting this team include
-
Timely support of sales and marketing departments;
-
Providing legal opinions on different cases (sales, business operations, data protection, software development etc.) and providing practical compliance solutions for business;

Preparation of memorandums on different legal issues;
-
Implementation of group policies;
-
Managing major risks and cases in the field of e-commerce;
-
Cooperation with other departments to resolve incidents involving cross-sectoral cooperation related to e-commerce;
-
Perform any other related legal duties assigned by the management from time to time (commercial, intellectual property, privacy & other digital issues).

This role will also participate in other legal projects, including negotiating and drafting agreements and managing legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships.

Timely management of the projects and affairs and concentration on results is very important for company
Requirements:

5+ years of legal experience with an international FMCG or Retail company or law firms;
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
-
English - fluent written and oral.
