MoonExpert is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. A guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting.

We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to BTL.

We are currently looking for an APAC HoS to join our team, whose main task is to manage and develop Sales team in the FinTech Market of South-East Asia.

What is to be done:

  • To be an "Acting Coach" - show by your own example how to deal and threat the new sales prospects;
  • To manage and optimize Sales team for South-East Asia market;
  • To elaborate sales plans and KPIs for the team;
  • To ensure achievement of planned sales rates and time frames;
  • To offer new sales opportunities and enhancements for the Company;
  • To attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings

Our expectations from the candidate:

  • Experience on Head positions for Sales/Key Account teams;
  • Knowledge of payment specifics for PSP and FinTech industry in South-East Asia;
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software;
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Great organizational and time-management skills;
  • English and a local Asian language are not lower than Upper-Intermediate (an additional foreign language will be an advantage).
