Realme, the world's fastest-growing smartphone brand, present at 61 markets worldwide, including Asia, Europe, Oceania, Middle and East Africa, etc. is searching for an Co-Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for planning, organization and execution of marketing activities in cooperation with our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the planning and coordination of marketing activities and their highlighting with partners of the company
  • Interaction with suppliers, coordination of prices, negotiations and payment control.
  • Control over entrusted stores for compliance of the developed design with the company brand of the company
  • Branding control, design and image in accordance with company standards
  • Organization, planning and implementation of promotional events, assessment of events
  • Preparation of promotional materials and gifts for customers
  • Sales development in the region, performance of tasks on POSM / Images / events
  • Monitoring the implementation of agreed marketing activities, a retrospective analysis of their effectiveness
  • Comarketing planning and executions, with timely review and reporting
  • Good team player with the help of digital manager in achieving better mkt results

Requirements:

  • Co-marketing experience at least 2-3 years;

  • Familiar with online/offline advertisement environment;

  • Familiar with Russian electronics market and key retailers (as an advantage)

  • University degree;

  • Proficiency in English (Chinese as an advantage);

  • Experience of cooperation with contractors, advertising agencies;

  • Digital agency experience as an advantage

  • Good team player, communicative skills
