Head Of Sales (Crypto marketing)

Now we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and self motivated Head of Sales who will drive sales performance, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

What you will do:

• Foster a positive team environment, including team-building and motivating employees;
• Ensure discipline, adherence to procedures, and oversee career development and KPIs;
• Train the team on sales processes, monitor calls, and conduct coaching sessions;
• Stay proactive by exploring new sales trends and tools, and suggest innovative ideas;
• Be accountable for the team's results.

To join us you need to:

• Have proven experience in B2B cold sales;
• Have proven experience in sales training;
• Understand the mechanics of the basic sales, have problem-solving skills;
• Have basic knowledge in fintech, blockchain, and trading;
• Have strong understanding of effective communication techniques;
• Be a fluent Russian and English speaker.
