Payme, a leading company in Uzbekistan's fintech industry, attracts over 11,6 million users with its convenient and efficient payment solutions. Since its establishment in 2012 and the launch of its main product – a mobile application in 2016, Payme continues to streamline financial transactions for its clients. In April 2019, TBC acquired a 51% stake in Payme for $5.5 million, valuing the company at $10.8 million. In May 2023, TBC Group Uzbekistan purchased the remaining 49% of Payme's shares, valued at $113.6 million, affirming its leadership in the region's fintech industry.

We are currently looking for a Head of Frontend to strengthen our team and optimize the user experience.

Functional Tasks:

  • Lead a team of frontend developers;
  • Develop architecture and standards for Angular applications;
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews and implement best practices;
  • Integrate web applications with internal and external services and platforms;
  • Collaborate with mobile development, DevOps, and product management teams;
  • Optimize performance and cross-browser compatibility;
  • Manage CI/CD processes and automate testing;
  • Maintain technical documentation and reports on web development.

What we expect:

  • At least 6 years of experience in product development;
  • Experience with Angular, TypeScript, RESTful API;
  • Knowledge of design principles (SOLID, OOP, KISS, DRY);
  • Familiarity with server-side technologies (Node.js, Django);
  • Experience integrating web applications with various services and APIs;
  • Task decomposition and task distribution within the team;
  • Proficiency with build tools, version control systems, and CI/CD;
  • Experience with testing tools like Jasmine, Karma, Protractor.
