The Role
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, leading strategic development projects.
- Oversee key marketing functions, including brand management, trade marketing, communications, and product development.
- Conduct and analyze market research related to products and consumer behavior.
- Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize impact.
- Update and enhance end-to-end analytics systems and other key metrics.
- Lead and manage a team of 20 employees.
The Candidate
- Higher education.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Director.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to actively lead and implement changes (change management).
- Experience in manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Experience with design products is a plus.
